Your file was too big to upoad, Citron - there's a max of 196KB per attachment, 512 per post.  I've taken the image you sent me, shrunk it a bit, and put it up as an attachment in your original post   I've also posted the hand history in your original post, and have moved this thread into the 7 card stud room (as it's more of a question for 7-card stud, not cash game play).

At what point in the hand are you referring to the "player" not reraising (I assume you mean KAINER7 here)?  I am not much of a stud player, but if I have some more information I could make a guess as to what the player's thinking was.

Maybe there's some sort of slang/language difference here?  Who's "The Poker"? (Use the screen name)

If you are referring to 6th street, betting was capped - you can't raise any more than already had been done.

Betting is capped means no one is allowed to raise for the rest of the betting round - you can either call or fold.
