Obviously a shove, you play to win not to cash. calling OOP is worst you can do, folding is so so weak so it leaves you one option

Agreed - villain's raise range here is rather wide as it's a turbo, and with villain being pretty up there in chips he has a wide calling range from the small blind. Push here and make them pay.

your hand is to strong to fold here, so that rules folding out.
If you only call you will have 4200 left and be pretty muched forced to fold to a bet on any flop with a Q, K, A on it and I wouldnt be to happy shoving into a flop with a K,Q,A on it against an EP raiser. Calling just leaves us in a horrible spot postflop.
This leaves raising as our only other option, going all in gives us maximum showdown value and fold equity pre flop so I shove here.
