This would depend largely on reads (as based on dealer's previous plays - as well as my own - it could make the decision either very easy fold or very easy call). Personally, I'm not sure I'd raise here in first place (again - all depends on reads). But, now that we're stuck in this mess, you have to evaluate the situation.
You have essentially $104 in the pot, and you are getting about 2.74:1 on the call - meaning you need to be at least 26.7% to win the pot (in order to break even over time). Best case scenario, you are probably in a coin-flip situation, worst case would obviously be going against AA. However, there are enough pocket pairs, JJ and under, to offset the situation of being against AA, so it seems to be a fairly easy call (that is, assuming you are able to let go of your final $38 - if you aren't, you shouldn't be on the table in the first place).
P.S. I'll move this to the correct room, Texas Hold'em (as it's more of a question on Texas Hold'em than it is cash game play).
